I really really liked this place! I'm a 63 year old female, so taking my car to a new mechanic always has me on guard. They are warm, friendly and patient. And you can tell they are intentional about creating an atmosphere of trust and reliability. The shop is CLEAN and I was greeted with a smile. They text and email you everything that they find out about your car, they even send you pictures! That was much appreciated! The printout tells you what needs immediate attention, it's color coded, red, yellow, and green. And each line item has a price tag attached to it, also appreciated! Yes, I highly recommend this shop. And I have no doubt that they did an excellent job on my car because if they are that intentional about treating their customers with the utmost respect, I have no doubt they are excellent at repairing cars. Fast, friendly, and professional service! Motor Works Auto got my car back to me the same day after replacing rotors, installing brake pads and air filters, and putting on a new slipcover. I really appreciated that they were willing to use the brake pads I had already purchased but could not install myself; they were very accommodating. It is also worth noting that they are certified to service vehicles with interlock devices, which shows their level of professionalism and expertise. The staff was attentive, helpful, and made the whole process easy. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quick, reliable auto service.

Nice staff, good communication but upon further inspection of my SUV by highly inclined mechanics from another auto shop, barely anything was replaced.. Most was cleaned and returned under the hood, a few things were replaced due to actual damage. Throttle body wasn't replaced, was informed it had just been cleaned and put back in along with other engine parts. Not a bad shop by any means just could use more attention to detail and proper procedures when replacing engine/transmission components. Overall I was satisfied with the work that was actually done and the reasonable price that was given.
